One of Life's Little Lessons

My friend just asked me if I drew the cat hair or was it a stamp? Neither, it's actually cat hair I cut off Smokey and stuck on there HA!

I started chuckling right off the bat when I saw the title of this scene. Years ago I had a black dog and that black fur was everywhere :) So glad you explained about the cat hair as I looked at the picture before reading and was in awe as to how you had created such realism. Your coloring as always is awesome, even the mini scene behind the couch - wow! Abbey, I'm curious, is that the fan you were in search of?

Hi Cindy, thanks again! I'm not looking for any one particular ceiling fan but any and every one. I was very happy to get this one too.
I found another one at StampFrancisco with a bulbous light on it I will order eventually. I have a big list for them!

I love Smokey's contribution! Our dog is incredible generous with her hair! I love the little touches like the vacuum out, looks like the room where I'm sitting. The windows are perfect, would you share your window source? Thanks aging for another fabulous scene.

Hi Helen, you won't like the answer to that...that beautiful window design is by Worth Repeating, a company long gone just like Stamps in Motion. They had really cool indoor furniture stamps too.

TeeHee! I only have dust bunnies and the Hoover can suck them up lickety split if I decide that I don't wanna be a pet owner anymore. LOVE that you used real cat hair. Your scenes already look realistic, but that is the double icing on the cake! Sorry I've been MIA. May be that way for some time, however I will drop by again. I can ALWAYS use the laughs. Happiest of Holidays to you, Abbey!
